Make sure to confirm the following before issuing
your joint certificate.

When a new certificate is issued on a mobile phone,
the old one is discarded.

  • For a certificate issued by internet banking, please note that if the certificate is reissued by Post Office Smart Banking, the certificate issued to a PC will be automatically discarded.
  • Certificate for general uses cannot be issued.

Notice for the issuance of a certificate
  • When a certificate is issued on a mobile phone, the existing certificate is discarded.
  • The bank's certificate issued for internet banking or other mobile phones is automatically discarded.
  • Customers who wish to keep using the existing issued certificate, please use the certificate import/ export menus.
